JUNE 2007
It has been raining, snowy, and COLD for about 8 months. Last June it was just beautiful! Warm, sunny, and NO wind. What in the world is going on around these parts. Mostly cloudy. In the valleys...scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms early in the evening...then a slight chance of rain showers after midnight. In the mountains... Scattered rain showers...snow showers and isolated thunderstorms early in the evening...then a slight chance of rain showers and snow showers after midnight. Little or no new snow accumulation. Lows 30 to 37.
It is hard to keep your spirits up when the weather is just plain COLD. So, today I am trying to be HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY!

There is no better time than right now to be happy. Happiness is a journey, not a destination. So work like you don't need money. Love like you've never been hurt, and dance like no one's watching.

I sure needed that advice. I constantly am reminding myself to live in the moment. It's hard sometimes. (Especially when your kid is puking)
ALSO! Go to my blog! I posted some fun pictures from when Ty worked at the shop and some others. I think you look great. You have not aged a bit. Me on the other hand.....I have spent wayyyyyy to much time in the sun!
hi heather (and fam) I sure miss seeing you guys, even if it was just once in a while...your family has always been inspiring, to say the least. glad things are going well for you...we look forward to the years when we will be back in the sticks. i need to attend that spinning class of yours, and having never seen Cooper i just have to say he is a DOLL! and i also need the happiness reminder: josh is on my case about it every day, i swear! well, i am an anxious person, what do you do? :) hopefully we'll see you guys someday soon!
Amen to that! I find myself falling in that same rutt. I always think that if I get something done, or something is over....then...I will feel better or be happier. Something else always takes it's place. Being happy is a choice, & I love your post heather!
oh man thanks for the reminder...i needed that. it is nearly mid june and has barely reached the 50's! i was just reaching for the razor until i read your post!
