The Rexburg Rush triathlon was yesterday and did I get tired just watching the dang thing. Wow, impressive athletes. Brian, dad, and many many friends were involved. Everyone survived with amazing results. I was so proud of all of the finishers. Dad placed 1st in his age group. Brian placed 3rd in his age group, and my best bud Jennica placed 1st. There were 380+ people involved from all over the U.S.A. I even got to see Lisa Hart.....an old neighbor. Congrats to ALL.
So right here and now I am committing to all of my 8 blogging buddies that next year is the year. I HEATHER WILLIAMS AM COMMITTING TO DO THE RUSH TRIATHLON IN 2009. I am learning the hard way that all you got to do is TRI!

So while we were on our trip we saw some of the "Tour of Utah" bike race. I thought of you as we passed the people standing out there handing out the water bottles. :)
