15 YEAR CLASS REUNION

This weekend was my 15 year class reunion. Wow, was I excited to go! Not, I decided the hour before that it would be fun to see some of my good buddies from high school that I haven't seen in years. So, I shuffled the kidos to grandma Bertas and headed to the big MHS.......STAG. Yup, in high school they called it STAG the FAG because you were coming by yourself. I didn't mind at all being called a STAG FAG. I guess you hit a certain age and you don't care much about what anybody says. Brian was able to get out of the reunion by inviting his good buddy up to help him build the shop/garage. Actually, I didn't give him any WARNING that it was a for sure thing so his friend Chris came up to help. MUCH APPRECIATED!

I walked through the doors of MHS and right off the bat noticed some very unusual people. People that I didn't even know, people who I should have known....right? Well, some were fat, some small - some tall, some short - some wealthy, some who thought they were - some smart, some not so - but all and all it was alright.

I dished up my delishous plate of chewy dry chicken, hard roll, and withered lettuce to find me a table -STAG- with some of my very best buds. Magan Zollinger, Holly Benfield, and Julie Spaulding made the evening fun. We decided that we were all going to meet up a year from now and do something pretty stupid......run a marathon. This will be our friend reunion. I think it was a great idea except for the 26.2 miles. Actually, I am pretty stoked about the whole thing.

The evening turned out pretty great. Great friends, crapy food, and a program that didn't even exist. What more could you ask for? I am just glad it wasn't me planning the event. Well, what will the next 5 years bring. I think it will bring a few more boob jobs, botox, lipo and yup.....me. I never thought I would attend a reunion, but it was great catching up with some of my old buddies.
