TRAPER BOY

Before moving into our home in Ashton we heard roomers about a mice problem. Well, with five acres of country fields you are bound to have mice of all sizes. So we got a cat (Midnight) from Jennica and figured we would never see a mouse again. Brian was watching television the other night and heard something under the sink. He opened up the cupboard and found two cute little mice stuck in the garbage can. So he didn't kill them like I would have, but he set the garbage outside and set them free- like Jesus would. Now when Brian was younger he trapped muskrats and sold their hides for money to take me on dates. Hee, Hee! So why is it that he can't trap a STINKING mouse. We had a little talk about being a REAL man and helping out with the mouse problem. So he went to town and purchased some traps. He set the traps and carefully placed some MILD cheddar cheese on the trap. Yup, it didn't take long until the first little mouse was caught. I was so PROUD of him! So he got it out and showed us his big prize mouse. He set the trap again and when we woke up he had a great big smile on his face. His smile was almost as big as when he shot his 6 point elk with his bow. So he got the mouse out and showed us his prize. I was a PROUD wife! Carson on the other hand looked at Brian and said "Dad, what would Jesus do?" What a difficult question. I am not sure if Jesus would put up a trap or not. Well, our cat Midnight also caught a mouse last night. Wow, I am sure proud of my little traper boy Brian, and it looks like Midnight will get to eat dinner tonight after all. J/K

GRATEFUL: Today I am grateful for Gods sunsets. I love how the whole sky turns so many different colors. I love how I feel when I look at the sky - so peaceful. I love the shadows that it throws onto the trees. I love how not ONE sunset is the same. Wow, so beautiful, so amazing.

MZB, I bet I could cause some serious sercret accidents around here so that Eric would be BUSY. Also, those accidents would create nursing positions. Come on over! We love it here.

Yes, Magan is right! There are people in this world that would give their EYE TEETH, WISDOM TEETH and a few other assorted body parts to live where you live and be able to do what you do. It's so beautiful there - so amazing. Not without it's dangers - but you guys are wise and careful and you will florish there - you already are!
